Ecrins Fish Farm
The Écrins Fish Farm is located in Châteauroux-les-Alpes. We raise and process trout: fresh, smoked, and canned (featured in the Routard and Gault & Millau guides). Direct sales are available Monday to Friday, and we offer a 24/7 drive-through service in our parking lot.
About Us
Our fish farm is located towards the Vague du Rabioux, in the commune of Châteauroux-les-Alpes.
All our trout products are produced in our processing workshop.
Our fish grow up in the pure water of the Rabioux, a river that originates in the Écrins National Park. They are fed with high-quality food, made in France and perfectly suited to their needs.
We welcome you all year round in our shop, where we offer fresh trout, smoked trout, trout-based preserves, as well as a wide range of "Selection": wines, oils, beers, duck preserves, fruit juices, Japanese products, etc.

All year round from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 14 p.m. to 17 p.m.
Exceptional closings on January 1, Easter Monday, Ascension Thursday, Pentecost Monday, May 1, May 8, July 14, August 15, November 1, November 11 and December 25.
