Project description

Background and Objectives

The Serre-Ponçon region offers a diverse range of tourist attractions, which are still developing and have not yet reached maturity. Objectives:

  • Promote an enriched and fluid user experience.
  • Offer a complete, useful and efficient customer journey.
  • End competition between existing institutional sites.
  • Reduce the ecological impact of digital offerings.

  • Websites included: www.serreponcon.com, www.exploreserreponcon.com, www.reallon-ski.fr, www.crevoux.fr, www.rando-serreponcon.fr
  • Integrated tools: Open Resa (marketplace for accommodation), Apidae (tourism data), Skaping (webcams), Regiondo (leisure booking center), Fairguest (centralization of online reviews), Avizi (customer relationship management), Weglot (instant translation into 4 languages).

Innovation and Technology

The Hub will allow:

  •  Centralized information for simplified navigation.
  • 24/24 access to information for visitors.
  • Reducing administrative barriers by creating a unified concept of destination.
