Mountain biking for all,several formulas
ALPS EPIC / THE RACE
For trained competitors who want to take up the challenge, a Marathon mountain bike race, solo or in teams of 2, comprising five stages of around 50 to 70 km per day. It's also possible to do just the Weekend Race over 2 days. This marathon mountain bike race is part of the "EPIC" format: a week-long itinerary requiring good physical and technical qualities, with all-inclusive organization: race services, logistics, accommodation, etc.

ALPS EPIC / LA RANDO
Would you like to enjoy the Alps Epic route and logistics without the pressure of a time trial on a mountain bike, ATV or GRAVEL? The RANDO packages are for you. You can choose between two or five days. You can also choose between 3 mountain bike courses and 1 GRAVEL: the same as the race formula: the Rando, a shorter course, the Rando courte or a more rolling GRAVEL-specific course that you can also do by mountain bike.

For those who don't have the time or inclination to take part in the full week, these 2 formulas are also available in a 2-day "Week-End" format, with the same services!

The Alps Epic celebrates its 9th anniversary in 2024. Its route takes in a different part each year of the Grande Traversée des Hautes-Alpes mountain bike route, the highest in France in terms of average altitude. An incomparable variety of landscapes and thrills, through mountain territories with distinctive personalities such as Serre-chevalier Vallée and its glacier views, the authenticity of Guillestrois Queyras, the high-altitude passes around Vars and the magic of Lac de Serre-Ponçon.

Stéphane Tempier: our mountain bike champion from the Haut-Alpes with an impressive track record as a confirmed mountain biker: French Junior Champion in 2006 and 2007, 2nd in the MTB XCO World Cup in 2017, 1st Frenchman at the London Olympics, winner of the Roc d'Azur in 2012 and 2018.
Laetitia Roux: a native of Savines-le-Lac, she is one of the world's most successful athletes in all sports. A multiple world champion in ski mountaineering, Laetitia is also an avid mountain biker and racer.

In the village of Crévoux, at the start of the cycling itineraries, you can hire electrically-assisted bikes. In a picturesque, 100% natural setting, you can climb any altitude, including the famous Parpaillon tunnel at an altitude of 2700m.
