The Communauté de Communes de Serre-Ponçon (CCSP) was born from the merger, of the communities of communes of Embrunais and Savinois Serre-Ponçon with the communes of Chorges and Pontis, since January 1, 2017.

// SMADESEP | Syndicat Mixte D’Aménagement et de Développement du lac de Serre-Ponçon
SMADESEP is the organization responsible for the management, development and protection of Lac de Serre-Ponçon.
It is therefore responsible for: developing and supervising the beaches, harbors and pontoons, and obtaining the quality labels that make them stand out: Pavillon Bleu, Port Propre. It is also through SMADESEP that you can reserve a "berth" on the lake (place in port or buoy) if you are the proud owner of a boat: pre-booking berths
SMADESEP also maintains and develops the lake banks, removing most of the driftwood at the start of the season.
Its aim is to improve the experience around the lake, as is the case with the development of the Liou wetland, the installation of a floating swimming pool in Rousset, the construction of the lake's harbor master's office, the implementation of vegetation experiments to combat sandstorms, and the creation of biodiversity islands to improve fish populations, in collaboration with the Hautes-Alpes fishing federation.

The SyME05as an Electricity Distribution Organizing Authority (AODE) wishes to contribute with its members to making energy systems more virtuous through their exemplary behavior as thrifty and responsible consumers (recharging of electric vehicles, public lighting, buildings...) and producers of renewable energies (valorization of biomass and solar, wind, hydraulic energies...).
Since September 2014 , one of the first acts of the Syndicat is its willingness to participate in the deployment of charging stations on the territories of its concession.
