The entire Serre-Ponçon Tourist Office team is proud to have been awarded the Qualité Tourisme™ mark since in 2019 and the 2023 renewal of its Category I classification.

This distinction recognizes the quality of the services offered to visitors and tourism service providers in our sector, both in terms of leisure and business tourism.

Handi-Tourism

The Serre-Ponçon Tourist Office has been awarded the Tourisme et Handicap state label for all four major disability categories.

With this in mind, and in order to welcome customers with temporary or permanent disabilities in the best possible conditions, the Tourist Office's entire team of holiday advisors is committed to offering a personalized and adapted welcome.

Tourism and Handicap training courses are regularly organized to optimize the welcome of disabled guests.

Our permanent offices can provide you with specific documents for visiting the towns and some of Serre-Ponçon's most emblematic monuments.
