Are you organizing an event in Serre-Ponçon? The Serre-Ponçon Tourist Office will be happy to help!
Once we have received the information, your event will appear on our communication media:
– Sites internet de l’Office de Tourisme, de votre commune, de la communauté de communes et des autres partenaires du réseau APIDAE (département, région, médias…).
– Programme bimensuel (si enregistrement en ligne effectué 1 mois avant la manifestation).
– Information et affichage dans les Bureaux d’Informations Touristiques.
Online form - the dhe procedure:
❶ Check that your animation is not already known to our services. To do this, go to our website in Agenda>Events.
❷ Your animation is already present on our website but you would like to make some modifications or clarifications. Contact us by email, specifying the name of the animation, the date and the location : Contact
❸ Your animation is not listed on our website, then you can fill in the online form below.
Nota bene:
- Be as precise as possible.
- For optimum communication on all our media, we invite you to fill in this form at least 15 days before the date of your event.
- The Serre-Ponçon Tourist Office reserves the right to modify or not publish your event on our communication media, in accordance with its editorial charter.
- Please provide us with a good quality visual (poster) to illustrate your event.
