As a mountain leader, hypnotherapist, reflexologist and canine behaviourist, I'm keen to offer you themed hikes to meet the beings that inhabit our mountains, always with the emphasis on conviviality and sharing.

"Hypno-Rando": come and discover self-hypnosis techniques for self-discovery with the support of nature. 1/2 day, 30 euros/person
"Forest Bath Hike": A gentle hike to discover the trees and learn how to regenerate yourself in the forest. 1/2 day, 30 euros/person
"Meet a Breeder, her Sheep and her Dogs": A hike to learn how to meet the dogs that protect the flock, discover the work of a passionate breeder and taste her delicious products. 1/2 day, 35 euros/person
