Description

Rousset is located at the foot of the Serre-Ponçon lake dam.

The RD900b links Rousset to Chorges via the Lebraut pass. The commune is divided into two distinct parts: the village, above the level of the dam, where the church is located, the castle of Rousset but also the Museoscope du Lac, and the famous belvedere of the lake!
The second part of Rousset is located below the level of the dam: here you will find the Les Celliers district, the APILAND museum, the Maison de l'eau et des énergies and the Tourist Office. The waters of the beach have been classified as Blue Flag since 2015.
There are also many water sports activities to discover: stand-up paddle, water skiing, buoyancy ...). It is also an ideal place for hiking or mountain biking, with many trails.

A footbridge was inaugurated in spring 2016 and allows you to walk to the commune of Espinasses over the Trente Pas stream.
