Before the bikes, let's talk about the site: A historic start from Chanteloube Bay and its viaduct plunging into the lake, in the heart of a natural setting.
Starting from Chanteloube Bay, from an exceptional site, there are a number of different routes to choose from: You'll cycle around Chapelle St-Michel, discover "Tortue Island", the dam and the historic infrastructure. You'll be amazed by the beauty of the coves and wild beaches along your route, inaccessible by car.

The vélofoils, with electric assistance, faithfully reproduce the sensations of cycling....but on water. No more paths, no cars, and smooth falls. You'll need time to get to grips with the velofoil. This time varies from 5 minutes to 30 minutes depending on how sensitive you are to cycling and gliding in general. Then it's up to you to explore the shores of the lake on your own, at speeds of up to 25km/h. Chanteloube Bay (practice area) is one of the most beautiful coves in Serre-Ponçon, and you don't need to pedal to get out of the water.
