Can you introduce the association and its members?
We created the"La Draye" association to revitalize and develop the estate by offering unique experiences accessible to all. As manager of the gîte de la Draye, I'm the association's president, and I'm now joined by over 70 members: activity providers, local residents young and old, attached to their region, charmed holidaymakers, all keen to see the site revived and interested in the project and its dynamics.

Present the activities that complement our accommodation offer, and what are your plans?
Nordic: forest trails with sled dogs, snowshoe hikes, the pleasure of effort on a Fat Bike (those funny bikes with oversized tires), a few kilometers on cross-country ski trails where the vintage feel of grooming with old caterpillar tracks will delight the whole family!
Summer: hiking, canoeing, mountain biking, climbing, paragliding...
Well-being: massage, relaxation, breakaway stays as part of educational projects. Our projects aim to promote the hamlet of La Montagne through year-round activities, the reopening of the Draye Nordic ski area and the organization of nature and forest protection activities.

Why did you choose this particular site?
A family bond and the challenge of reviving a disused site. The wonder of this natural setting, the sadness of seeing it abandoned. No ski lifts, silence and calm. Great potential, accessible to all types of public. Not a mercantile approach, more a "good living" orientation. Respect and authenticity, with a strong sense of simple living. Valuing know-how, creating links between tourism and local people.

Back to basics in peace and quiet, a moment of disconnection while reconnecting with yourself and nature. All-inclusive stay, accommodation, catering, services for all ages and all year round.
