Description

Discover the story of the migration of the pork butchers from Embrun to Marseille.

The museum houses a collection of machines and utensils from the early 20th century and is divided into different themed areas:

- the entrance to the shop and the counter, where visitors are greeted by our pork butcher (the role of women in pork butchery, trade and presentation of service utensils).

- the laboratory, which houses machines (pushers, cutters, etc.) and a presentation of interactive recipes.

A children's area with practical information about pigs, nursery rhymes and stories.

- a union area.
