Le Pic de Morgon
The classic Serre-Ponçon summit. From its 2324m altitude, and thanks to its ideal location, it offers an exceptional panorama, if not the finest, over the whole of Lac de Serre-Ponçon. In the early morning or at the end of the day, your reward for the few hours' walk up the mountain will be a dazzling spectacle of unique colors, depending on the time of day and the season... to put on your vacation "to do list".

The Pisse waterfall
The most beautiful and majestic waterfall around Lac de Serre-Ponçon. At the entrance to the Parc national des Ecrins, in the Rabioux valley at Châteauroux-les-Alpes, the torrent du Distroit cascades over 100 metres down huge cliffs. The 40-metre-high waterfall offers a refreshing break on this medium-difficulty hike. Be sure to keep your head up, as birds of prey can be seen soaring overhead.

La cascade de Razis
La randonnée familiale par excellence. Dans une ambiance poétique et onirique, parcourez ce sentier dans une vallée qui vous surprendra par sa fraicheur et sa beauté à chacun de vos pas. Une belle récompense s’offre à vous en milieu de parcours, la cascade de Razis, juste au-dessus de la cabane de berger reconvertie en œuvre d’art où il est possible de passer la nuit, la tête dans les étoiles…

The Aiguilles de Chabrières
At an altitude of 2403m, the Aiguilles de Chabrières look like the Dolomites, dominating the Serre-Ponçon lake and the Réallon ski resort. From the ridges, or from the summit for the more experienced, the panorama is grandiose. From the first peaks of the Parc national des Écrins, to Lac de Serre-Ponçon and the Gapençais basin. On a clear day, you can also see Mont Ventoux, the giant of Provence.
Tip: in July and August, the panoramic chairlifts at Réallon provide quick, effortless access to the crests and an orientation table at 2150m altitude.

The Curattes trail
A lovely family hike along the turquoise waters of Lac de Serre-Ponçon. Tempting, isn't it? Varied landscapes, shady passages and a beautiful panorama of Lac de Serre-Ponçon. You'll overlook Baie Saint-Michel and its chapel, dominated by the majestic Pic de Morgon. From mid-June to mid-September, don't hesitate to bring your bathing suit and towels for a refreshing dip on the Baie Saint-Michel beach.
