BaraTi'Pain: EAT HEALTHY, EAT WELL
All our naturally leavened bread, Viennese pastries and cookies are organic, made on the premises by us from local flours and local produce.

The BaraTi'Pain organic bakery is located in the center of the village of Baratier. We are two partners, Aulde and Nicolas, who want to promote traditional bakery by offering quality bread that is tasty, easy to digest, nutritious and keeps well. Sold by weight.

We maintain our sourdoughs of rye, wheat, small spelt, rice, khorasan (an ancestor of durum wheat which originated in Iran)...

You'll find:
- Country and seed breads, petit épeautre, khorasan, méteil breads (50% wheat/50% rye), rye pies...
- Rice breads fermented with rice leaven: rice/seed, rice/ortie, rice/goat...
- Viennese pastries with pure butter brioche and oil pumps
- Sweet or savoury cookies: canestrelli with aniseed, spices, mountain honey crunchies, seed crackers, coconut rochers.......
- hard sourdough panettone (about once a month)

A "weekend survival kit, 100% organic" is available, with coffee, tea, local products, local herbal teas, honeys, pâtés, spreads...
